What is ITS?
My name is Levi Memmer, the owner and head coach of Intensity Training Systems. I help busy people with stressful lives feel better, move better and avoid aches and pains -- without extreme workouts or boring cardio -- even if they only have a couple of hours a week to train.
After helping hundreds of people in the Burleson/Cowley area achieve a higher level of health and fitness than they ever thought possible, what I’ve found is that most of them feel awkward and out of place at the gym. They’re also tired of boring cardio workouts and extreme fitness programs that only leave them feeling exhausted … or even injured.
Changing mentality
They think the problem is that they lack discipline and willpower … or that they’re too old or out of shape to keep up at the gym. So they end up not going – or worse, they keep going back to overcrowded bootcamps, buying gym memberships they never use, and bouncing from one diet to the next without getting any results.
